About clear aligners
Clear aligners are thin, transparent trays made from a 3D plan of your teeth. You change to a new set every one to two weeks, and each set moves your teeth a fraction of a millimetre towards their final position.
Because they come out to eat and brush, there are no food restrictions and cleaning is easy. Before you start, you see a 3D preview of how your teeth will move and where they will finish.

Am I too old for aligners?
No. Adults make up a large share of our orthodontic patients, and clear aligners are especially popular because they are hard to notice.
How long do I wear aligners each day?
About 22 hours a day. You take them out only to eat, to drink anything other than water, and to brush.
Will my teeth move back afterwards?
They can, which is why everyone gets a retainer. Wearing it as advised keeps the result for good.
